The aim of the project is to systematically dissect the heterogeneity of tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells across patients and tumor types, with a focus on conserved subpopulations of macrophages. Available scRNA-Seq data will be integrated into a searchable atlas, providing a useful reference for data annotation and phenotype exploration of tumor infiltrating macrophages.
