- Description: The Department of Oncology Research at AstraZeneca is seeking a highly motivated scientist for a postdoctoral fellowship to develop and lead a collaborative research project focused on elucidating how epigenetic mechanisms regulate T cell and CAR-T cell dysfunction in cancer. This vital role will employ state-of-the-art technologies and automation tools, while also learning from a highly-skilled team of scientists in the field of biologics and drug development. This is a hands-on, laboratory-based position, whereby the successful applicant will carry out extensive in vivo and in vitro studies and will be expected to present their research internally and at scientific conferences, ultimately publishing high-impact work in peer-reviewed journals. The Postdoc will design experiments, make detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results independently.
