Postdoctoral position in systems pharmacology: mathematical modeling and artificial intelligence for personalizing anticancer chemotherapies.

• Description: We offer an exciting 2-year postdoctoral position in the field of mathematical modeling and artificial intelligence for personalized anticancer medicine. The project aims to develop systems pharmacology approaches combining bioinformatics, mathematical modeling based on differential equations and machine learning to personalize multi-agent chemotherapies. Methodologies will be designed to integrate transcriptomics, proteomics and drug screening datasets available in cell lines. The project will focus on pancreatic cancer and on identifying innovative drug combinations to be further tested in animal studies in our laboratory.
