Research topics

The Cibi platform offers a wide range of expertise in Bioinformatics (large scale data integration, development of specific analysis) and develops state-of-the art bioinformatics pipelines.
We also develop custom-made biological databases for data storage and processing.Briefly, we are proposing the following:

• NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) data analysis and integration (Chip-Seq, RNA-Seq, SC-RNA-Seq, Variant analysis for research and cancer diagnostics)
• Flow and mass cytometry data analysis
• Proteomics data analysis
• Bioinformatics pipelines and database development (Python, R, Bioconductor, RShiny, Django, PostgreSQL, etc…)
• Projects collaboration (INCa, ANR, ARC, etc…)
